Glyfada Marina


Glyfada Marina sits in Saki Karagiorga Street in Glyfada, one of the richest suburbs in south Athens. Marina is constituted by four basins, named as 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. It has marine space as well as a lovely coast, a sandy beach of a total length of 3 kilometres. Between the 1st and the 2nd marina, there is a length of 250 metres. Between the 2nd and the 3rd marina, there is a length of 150 metres. Between the 3rd and the 4th marina, there is a length of 300 metres. Between the 4th marina and the harbour installations and buildings  that are found in the space of Marina, there is a length of 350 m.

GLYFADA MARINA

The capacity of Marina is in total 810 ships. The 1st marina has a capacity of 180 yachts, the 2nd of 100, the 3rd of 280, and the 4th a capacity of 250 yachts. The marina is operated by the municipality of Glyfada and is providing essential and useful facilities as fuel, telephone, water to customs assistance, electricity (220v), radio -VHF-channels 7 and 19. 

The Marina largely hosts the yachts of millionaires, businessmen, and famous football players - including private yachts from wealthy and elegant residents of the area. This Marina is close to the central square of Glyfada, only a 15-minute walk. 

In central Glyfada, you will find a wide and elegant shopping area, various brand stores, fancy bars, and restaurants, supermarkets, natural playgrounds, cosmetic shops, shipping shops, diving stores, rent-a-car offices, churches. There are numerous places to hang out with friends, relax and have an espresso or enjoy a drink and taste hearty beef, juicy pork, tender chicken or delicious greek fish and also the famous Greek "ouzaki". Enjoy the magnificent sunset from your yacht in one of the most elegant districts of Athens!
