Spetses is like a paradise island, a place of incomparable beauty, an island that makes you feel wonderful being on vacations, an island surrounded by pineforest, amazing blue beaches and gorgeous scenery.
Spetses is synonymous with elegance, class and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Breathtaking landscapes, crystal waters, greeny scenery and  amazing - red, orange, purple and yellow – sky colours. An old name for Spetses was“ Pitiousa”, meaning 'full of pines'. For your transition to island of Spetses, travel by  flying doplhins  or catamarans from Piraeus port (duration approximately 2 ½ hours)  or by bus from Argolis to Spetses/Costa (duration 2 hours). Many are the attractions in the picturesque Island of Spetses: The house of Xatzigianni Mexi, - Museum  (relics of Revolution), Saint Nicholas Church- The Cathedral of Spetses (near the lighthouse), Kounoupitsa neighborhood (next to the coastal road), Mansion of Boumboulina (three hundred years popular mansion of  Laskarina Bouboulina in Pefkakia region), the historical square of Dapia , the city center,  the harbour of Spetses, Church of Panagia Armata (near the lighthouse of Spetses), The Anargyrios - Korgialenios School, Church of the Holy Trinity (built in 1793, the island's old Cathedral), the Old Port with traditional shipyards, the popular Lighthouse, the cave of Bekiri  etc. The capital of the island  is Spetses town and the most known areas are: Agia Paraskevi, Agioi Anargyroi, Agioi Apostoloi, Vrelos  Elona, Zogeria, Ligoneri, Parapola, Tzila, female monastery Agion Panton and the Island of Spetsopoula. 

Spetses island  - beaches : Agioi Anargyroi (organized, one of the largest and most popular beaches of the island, ideal for watersports), Vrellos Beach (ideal for biking), beach Agios Mamas (sandy beach, close to  Spetses Town), Agia Paraskevi, Ksilokeriza, Zogeria, Agia Marina (beach bar), "Anargirios" beach, St. Nicholas (sandy beach with small pebbles, under the Cathedral of Agios Nikolaos), Ligoneri, Kouzounos beach, Bithistamna, Kounoupitsa( Kaıkı beach club) e.t.c
